You’ll work across a variety of projects, collaborating with both internal team, external partners and suppliers to keep everything running smoothly. Location: Remote (option to work at the COLFORD studio, London NW10 sporadically if preferred)
Contract: FreelanceAs a Graphic Designer, you’ll support our creative gifting projects from concept through to production. This includes producing initial sketches, renders and developing design concepts in response to client briefs, before delivering technical drawings and print-ready artwork files.
Working closely with the Creative Director and Project Managers at COLFORD, you’ll play a key role in visualising bespoke gift and packaging ideas, refining concepts and ensuring all deliverables are executed to a high standard. You’ll be involved across multiple stages of the design process, helping bring thoughtful, well-crafted projects to life.
Key responsibilities:
Support the team in responding to client briefs with creative concepts and visual proposals
Develop sketches, renders and design layouts for gifting and packaging projects
Prepare accurate technical drawings and print-ready artwork
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure designs meet project requirements and timelines
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience designing special objects, packaging and printed collateral in a creative or technical environment
Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Confidence in managing timelines and working to deadlines
Ability to work independently and adapt to a variety of project types
Proficiency in relevant design software including Adobe Creative Suite and 3D modelling applications

From packing and fulfilling orders, to gift wrapping, organising materials and preparing items for dispatch. You’ll be working as part of a collaborative team where accuracy, efficiency, and a strong eye for detail are essential.
What we’re looking for:
Experience in packing, fulfilment or hands-on studio work (preferred but not essential)
A meticulous, solutions-focused approach and pride in producing work to a high standard
Flexibility to support projects on an ad-hoc, freelance basis
